Everything is Anonymous
Many of the people that privately complain about DN are pacifica programmers, DN guests, activists, and programmers from DN affiliates. DN can make or break an issue or career, and DN raises money for community radio stations, therefore many people are afraid to critique DN. DN-Watch wants to create a space where people can discuss DN without the fear of retaliation. Besides DN tends to be very defensive, and that's not healthy. In reality, most people that have issues with DN usually like the show, while others used to love the show, and a few have always hated it. But almost everyone would like to see DN walk-the-walk and take the kind of media criticism that they dish out to the "mainstream" media. For all of these reasons, all posts to DN-Watch will be anonymous. See the submission instructions below.

You say DN is "defensive" -- but the whole point of this blog is to attack them. You clearly state that you're only looking for complaints, criticisms, gripes and rants. Maybe if you weren't so offensive (and bothered to state your name and intentions), you'd be taken a bit more seriously. At least DN folks sign their name to their work.
Agreed. You are complaining cowards. Why not produce something productive rather than complain?
